TalkShoe may have it's shows but it's hosts create the core experience, the shows. The Host of the Month Award has the purpose of honering the best host of the month.

[edit] Eligibility Requirements
To be nominated:
- You cannot nominate yourself, but you can vote for yourself.
- Must of been with TalkShoe for at least a month.
- Must have a show that has been on for a month.
Nominate your favorite host by placing {{VoteHOTM}} on the userpage and then adding a new header with the username like so, =={{user|ImAUser}}==, votes from IP's are wieghed appropriatley. Winner will recieve a badge on their userpage.
