TalkShoe (launched April 1st, 2005) is a privately-owned service that allows users to host or join a live online talk show called a "Community Call" and to upload their own podcasts they recorded themselves. The service revolves around the TalkShoe Live! client which is available as a slightly stripped down web client and a more beefed-up Pro version that includes ShoePhone, it is also the first service to have shows based around social networking.

Featured host/show

Tech Bytes Live is a long running show on TalkShoe that was started on November 30th, 2006 and continues on to this day. The show is an open-conversation type of show mainly with a focus of tech where people are allowed to talk about what's on their mind, which allows for the conversation to be steered anywhere they want. While not taking about anything they want to talk about, they mainly talk about today's news and other subjects such as what's on their minds.
