Maccast Loop is a Macintosh-related question show and an open dicussion show on TalkShoe that was started on Febuary 25th 2007 and airs every Sunday. The show is a live spinoff of MacCast and allows people to talk about the subjects and themes on the normal MacCast. The show also deals with Macintosh related news and topics such as controversies and product announcements. The show is mostly a discussion between the hosts and the topics itself. Generally a call will be taken through Request-To-Talk and they will get to talk with the hosts of MacCast in a deep, intelligent way and as part of the conversation. Sometimes they'll take a Mac related quesiton that's not related to the subject. Such as what Mac they want to get or are Apple Products any good at all? The show is usually not recorded with TalkShoe. It is recorded using a local system that produces better quality and a higher bitrate then TalkShoe's regular way of recording audio, which is usually phone quality. The show is constantly in the Top 10 and is one of the most popular shows on TalkShoe.

The show has a more or less similar format it's main show, MacCast. The show begins with not with a intro indicating that it's recorded live with TalkShoe. It starts with a custom intro. And then the hosts, usually acompinied with a friend and a special guest, start talking about the subjects in today's MacCast, the discussions are usually intricate and in-depth. Usually talking with each other on the subject, wheter it's something controversal or something curious. They will talk about it and also give out hints inbetween the conversation. Sometimes the conversation reflects intelligent thought because of the depth and style they have. Sometimes they will take calls from the people who are in the quere and have Requested to Talk and these calls can usually play into Maccast Loop with a form of the hosts opinion and the callers own questions and opinions mixing into the dicussion. The show then continues on until the show ends. In which the show ends.
