List of Podcast Directories
At TalkShoe, you can create shows that are about games, technology, or whatever else you can imagine.
How are you going to get your show noticed by people? One way is by listing it on podcast directories, of course!
Almost every podcast listing will require that you give it your RSS feed URL. Thankfully, this is easy to find. Go to your TalkShoe show page and look beneath the Category and description. You see a series of blocks that people can use to subscribe to your feed through various services. The very first block listed is "RSS Podcast". Right click on "RSS Podcast" and select "Copy Link Location". Be sure that you're copying the Link location, not the Image location. You should end up with a URL that looks like this:
http://recordings.talkshoe.com/rss33899.xml
... except that the Show ID of your show will be after the rss. This is the RSS feed URL that the podcast directories are looking for.
Some podcast directories may require you to register or submit the podcast to verification.
